In his professional experience in several areas of important companies in Brazil, Márcio Fernandes began to delineate his own style of management, leaving the traditional model behind for a more participative management. Because of this management philosophy, it led in less than two years the company to the operational efficiency peak, reducing the operational costs, at the same time improving the quality of services.
By 2017, during the period of being CEO of one of the country’s largest electric power distributors, his company was able to reach the impressive mark of being elected for seven consecutive times the best company to work for in Brazil by GPTW and Você SA Magazine, being also chosen the best in Latin America three times.
