Márcio Fernandes

Márcio Fernandes was considered by Você S / A magazine as the most admired leader in Brazil in 2014, obtaining the highest score in the history of the survey, with 98.3% satisfaction and engagement of his team. For 7 consecutive times, it won the recognition of Best Company to Work in Brazil among the large Groups.

In 2016, he was named Executive of Value in his sector by the most important business newspaper in the country, Valor Econômico.

In 2017, it reached 100% confidence of his almost 4,000 employees according to the GPTW survey and he was considered, for the second time, the most admired leader in Brazil by the magazine Você S / A. For 3 consecutive years, the company headed by Márcio was elected the best company to work in Latin America also by GPTW.

By the age of 36, he was chosen as CEO of one of the largest energy network distributors in the country, he has created a new Management Philosophy that challenges the traditional model and proposes to the corporate world a new possibility:  “Happiness Gives Profit,” which is also the name of his first book released in 2015.

In November 2017, he releases his second book “The End of the Vicious Circle.”
